Attention Parents and Guardians of 6th graders: The Windsor Unified School District has established May 11th, 2012 as a mandatory date by which all 6th grade students must receive the Tdap booster. State law AB 354 now requires that all incoming 7th graders for the 2012-13 school year get this whooping cough booster. We encourage you to contact your child’s doctor now to schedule an immunization appointment. Please bring in documentation of Tdap administration to the school as soon as possible to insure your student may remain in school after the deadline.
